1. Orders and deliverables

Bio Basic will meet the stated product specifications and conform to the description on the product label. Along with this Bio Basic will provide a product info sheet for each primer. Oligo synthesis orders are not considered confirmed without the customer providing a P.O. number or credit card number. Bio Basic accepts credit card (Visa or MasterCard), cheque, or wire for payment.

2. Turnaround

Upon confirmation of oligo synthesis orders, Bio Basic will make its best effort to meet the turn around of 4-5 business days for standard oligos. Delays caused by customs or courier services are not included in this turn over.

3. Cancellations

Buyer may not cancel any order or return any oligos without Bio Basic's consent. Cancellation and return charges may be charged. Buyer must contact Bio Basic to obtain a return material authorization number.

4. Warranty

Bio Basic is warranted to meet the stated product specifications and to conform to the description on the product label. In the event of non-conformance with this warrant, Bio Basic will indemnify the buyer against loss by them in an amount not to exceed the price paid for the goods. Bio Basic has the right to refuse any dispute for claims made after one month.

5. Prices

All prices are subject to correction of errors; Bio Basic reserves the right to adjust prices on orders during production due to changes in cost of materials, transportation or wages. Any tax, customs, surcharge or duty, howsoever denominated, imposed upon the sale, importation, delivery or use of products shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Inspection policy

Upon receipt of shipped goods, the customer shall inspect the shipment promptly for damages, shortages and correct identity of product. Any product that is not identical to the requested sequence will be replaced or authorized for return and credit, at our option. Any claims must be submitted within 1 month of shipment.
