Product Description: One-Tube Clinical Sample DNA Extraction Kit: The kit is designed for rapid isolation of genomic DNA from clinical samples such as blood, blood clot, saliva, hair, swab, cell shedding. A simple and fast lysis method was used, there is no need for phenol extraction, overnight digestion, DNA precipitation or column purification, the lysate can be use as PCR template directly. And the one-tube procedure minimizes the cross-contamination between samples. The procedure takes less than 15 minute, it is really fast, the kit is suitable for high throughput PCR screening of large scale samples. Also works for other application such as Genotyping, Transgene screening, Knockout analysis and Sequencing.
