1. Orders and deliverables

Bio Basic will deliver to customers the peptide ordered. Peptides will be stored in a tube encased in a protective case and will include documents on how peptide was made, the laboratory tests results and a solubility sheet. Upon request, customer may also receive these documents electronically.

Peptides orders are not considered confirmed unless a P.O. number or credit card number is provided. Bio Basic accepts credit card (Visa or MasterCard), cheque, or wire payment.

2. Turnaround

Bio Basic will make its best effort to ship peptides within a span of 10-20 business days (2-3 weeks). Please note that higher purities may contribute to longer synthesis times, due to the requirement of additional purification steps. Bio Basic will provide weekly progress reports with updates on the status of your peptide.

3. Inspection policy

Upon receipt of shipped goods, customer shall inspect the shipment promptly for damages, shortages and correct identity of product. Any product that is not identical to the requested sequence will be replaced or authorized for return and credit, at our option. Any claims must be submitted within 3 months of shipment.

4. Cancellations

Customer may not cancel any order or return any product without Bio Basic’s consent. Cancellation and return charges may be charged. Customer must contact Bio Basic to obtain a return material authorization number.

5. Usage

Bio Basic products are used exclusively for scientific research purposes only. Materials will not be used for human or animal consumption.

6. Confidentiality

Bio Basic and the customer agree that all confidential information including but not limited to project scope, contract terms, pricing information, product development technologies and processes, and business-related information shall not be disclosed to any third party and both parties receiving confidential shall only make internal use of the confidential information.
