Product Description: Green-2-Go 1-Step RT-qPCR Mastermix-Low Rox: Bio Basic’s 1‐Step Green‐2‐Go qRT‐PCR Kit is a complete qPCR system containing all necessary reagents for both reverse transcrip????on and PCR amplifica????on to occur in a single qPCR reac????on tube. Specifically, this 1‐Step qRT‐PCR kit contains a qRT‐PCR Enzyme Mix and a Green‐2‐Go qPCR MasterMix. Our proprietary qRT‐PCR Enzyme Mix contains stabilizers and enhancers to op????mize the two reac????ons in a real‐????me “single step”. This 1‐Step qRT‐PCR kit offers an efficient, easy to use and reliable alterna????ve to conven????onal “two‐step” sequen????al qRT‐PCR. Gene‐specific primers must be used along with this kit.
