Product Description: PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline) Powdered. 1 PK makes 1 L of 10x concentrated PBS or 10 liters of 1 x PBS solution.

This PBS formulation is recommended for use in immunohistology protocols. Each package makes 1 L of 10 concentrated PBS or 10 liters of 1 x solution. Each 1 x PBS solution contains 137 mM Sodium Chloride, 2.7mM Potassium Chloride and 10mM Phosphate Buffer, pH 7.3-7.5 (1.0%, Water ) at 25C.
