Product Description: Phsophatase Inhibitor Cocktail II: The Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail PL019 contains four phosphatase inhibitors (Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Orthovanadate, Sodium Pyrophosphate decahydrate, b-Glycerophosphate) for broad-spectrum inhibition of both serine/threonine and protein tyrosine phosphatases. It is a 10X concentrated, ready-to-use solution. If samples have high phosphatase activity, Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail can be used at 2X concentrations to ensure complete inhibition. The cocktail is ideal for inhibition in tissue extractions and cell lysis experiments and is compatible with most common protein assays. Due to the salt concentrations of the cocktail, Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail is not suitable for direct IEF/2D studies. Each vial contains 1 ml aqueous solution. Dilute 1:10 immediately before use.
