Product Description: Protein Stain-EZG Rapid Coomassie Blue Stain Solution: The Ultra‐Sensive Coomassie Blue Stain Soluon, based on Coomassie dye (G‐250), is an enhanced protein stain that offers unsurpassed sensivity and rapid band visualizaon. BSP041 is supplied in a ready‐to‐use format of 1X Strength Soluon and can be added directly to protein gels following electrophoresis aer a brief wash step. The soluon is a sensive stain that is able to detect as lile as 5ng protein. Protein bands are visible in as lile as 3 minutes, with maximal staining achieved aer an hour. 200 ng BSA is detectable in 5‐10 minutes and the low levels of BSA (5‐8ng) become clearly visible aer 1 hour when washed in water. 500 ml soluon is sufficient for 20‐25 minigels.
