Product Description: 96 well DNA plate with membrane (960ul each well): The product is a colorless 96-well DNA plate with white membrane and red O-ring. Our 96-well DNA plate offers a convenient way to purify genomic and plasmid DNA in a large scale format. The silica-based membrane selectively binds DNA while shorter nucleic acids (< 40bp), proteins, and other metabolites can be removed. The purified DNA can be directly used for most downstream molecular biology applications including PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, southern blotting, and more.
