JOB SUMMARY: We have an immediate need for a Customer Service
Representative who can work effectively with our clients, developing sales that
will help establish new client base and/or propel the already thriving client base
QUALIFICATIONS:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry. Applicants without a
B.Sc or M.Sc will not be considered.
• Must be responsible with high organization skills.
• Work independently while managing multiple timelines and objectives
successfully.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical problem-solving
skills.
• Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PPT.
• Basic knowledge of biology is required (Biochemistry, Biology related degree
preferred).
DAILY WORKFLOW:
• Prepare quotes for customer’s projects and inquiries using accounting
software.
• Provide weekly progress reports to customers so that open communication is
maintained for all projects.
• Monitor and track the progress of all orders to reduce delays and ensure that
projects are completed on schedule.
• Report any delays/changes in projects to manager and customers.
• Regularly reply to customer’s questions and inquiries using both the Internet
and telephone communication.
• Invoice completed projects.
• Prepare shipments and ensure that all outgoing material conforms to QC
requirements.
• Work with sales representatives to maintain and improve upon customer
relationships.
• Maintain an organized and neat work environment.
CAREER LEVEL: Entry level or Experienced.
